How is Heart-Centered Life Coaching different from therapy? Therapy can be useful for "dealing with issues." However, many people have discovered that they still don't know how to live in a way that is right for them. Heart-Centered Life Coaching has a different priority than focusing on your issues ~ instead, it brings the FOCUS on JOY. You will learn how to make an embodied shift into a new way of living your life as you learn to use your issues as fuel for transforming your life & rediscovering your joy.
During your INTRODUCTORY SESSION, you'll be able to share about any challenges you are working with & the changes that you're ready to make in your life. We will discuss your needs for support, along with your expectations of outcome and commitment. During this 90-minute session, we'll begin to explore some valuable breathing & heart-centered exercises to support your awareness on an on-going basis. Then, in your FOLLOW-UP SESSIONS, we will check-in to review your observations, insights & actions throughout the week, as well as discuss any new challenges. We'll eventually move to the massage table to practice your new tools so that you can continue to develop an embodied sense of being connected to your heart. As you learn how to reconnect to your joy & inspiration, you'll be able to repeatedly apply these tools as needed to relieve stress & bring improvement to every area of your life!
